Our goal is to provide the best customer service and to answer all of your questions in a timely manner.
How we work?
We charge 1 hour of travel time from the start time of your move (please check your zone for correct traveling time charges). Travel time is then charged at 15 minute intervals until your move is completed.
All invoices are emailed.
Are there travel time zones?
1 Hour for Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Richmond and North Surrey zones.
1.5 Hours for Pitt Meadows, South Surrey, Langley or White Rock zones.
Victoria, Nanaimo or middle points require a $450.00 ferry fee (round-trip for our truck).
What payment methods do we accept?
Cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card. American Express and Discover). Interact E-Transfer is also accepted.
What are the average move times?
Bachelor or Studio: 3 to 4 hours
One Bedroom: 3 to 5 hours
Two Bedrooms: 4 to 7 hours
Three Bedrooms: 6 to 9 hours
Four Bedrooms: 8 to 10 hours
