Needed a mover at short notice and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Prompt, professional, efficient,... and quick. Adam and his crew made this the easiest move I can recall, they were pleasant and treated the furniture carefully. The prices were fair and billing by the quarter hour after the initial hour helped. The move was detailed in the confirmation and they lived up to it. We will be using them again.read more

I was informed from the moment they left there shop, sharing their location on google maps with me so that helped... greatly to see how close they were. They showed up spot on 9am as asked. Very professional crew, and very friendly. They made the move much faster then I would have imagined. They padded everything and took care of everything. They also shared their location when they left pack, which was nice again I could plan all my inspections. I would recommend them for my next move.read more

By far the best movers I have ever dealt with! The 4 men that helped us move were all very nice, respectful and polite... and took great care of our things! Eric who manages our move was amazing!! We had some unexpected things come up and they were more than accommodating! Highly recommend. We found a company that was cheaper but they were horribly unorganized and actually sent movers the day after we moved when we hadn’t booked anything... you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny!read more

Easily the best Movers I’ve ever had. Highly professional, responsive and a can do attitude that takes the stress out... of moving. My wife and I just moved from west end Vancouver to Metrotwon and had a recommendation from a friend to use ProShip... Moving. They were awesome! I had gone back and forth a few times to decide if we needed to hire movers, or if we could just do it ourselves. Anyways, this was the best choice we could have made. A big thanks to the guys who helped us with our move. Great crew! Very nice, friendly, and hard working. They made it look easy. Not only do they come with all the necessary moving equipment: dolly, ramp, wardrobe boxes, moving pads, etc.; but they were diligent with our items and were careful about the walls, door frames, etc. when moving things in and out of the two houses. Quickly helped spot each other for the large or heavy items when needed - which I appreciated so my furniture didn't take a beating by someone being a bit over zealous trying to do it all on their own. At their recommendation, they even helped put felt pieces on the furniture legs during delivery so they wouldn't damage the floors in our new house (we purchased these on our own - does not come with service). They wrapped every piece of furniture at the old place and unwrapped it at the new house after placing it in the respective room. They went above and beyond. After scheduling, we had a follow up phone call a couple of days before deliver giving us all the details and confirming service and crew showed up exactly on time. Will definitely use them again!read more

We had 3 weeks before we could be in move into our new home in Maple ridge from our old house In Langley. ProShip... Movers was a 1 stop shop for us; Moving and Storage! A great group of guys and worked hard on a hot day to complete our move out. I felt at ease knowing that our entire household was in the climate controlled storage in the middle of Winter. The same group of guys showed up right on time to complete the move. Everything came in perfectly with care and attention to detail.read more

Loved watching these guys work from ProShip Moving. We had Bill and two other guys move our possessions from our... spacious apartment into a smaller laneway with small stairs. It didn't matter that it was tough to fit a sofa bed up the stairs...they were up for the challenge immediately. I've never seen such fast moving movers take such amazing care of wrapping, transporting and placement of furniture and boxes. They remembered any specific care instructions we gave them and were sure to carry them out in the new place. They worked hard non-stop for 5 hours...I don't even know if they ate or drank anything else other than the few snacks and water bottles we gave them! Incredible work ethic! I'm so glad that we decided to go with Proship instead of having friends and family fumble around with massive heavy pieces of furniture while pulling a muscle or a several in our backs.read more

These guys were fantastic. If there were more stars than 5, I'd give them the max. Terrific, on time, polite,... efficient, and talented. They managed to get everything into an 8x10 storage space when I probably should have rented a larger space. They were geniuses and made it happen. So impressed I had to write a review, which I hardly ever do. Can't go wrong here with these guys. Thanks much to Bill and his VERY talented, efficient team!read more

I have moved 6 times in the past 8 years and always done it with the help of my dear friends. This time everyone bailed... on me and I had to hire movers. Shopped all Vancouver movers and Bill gave me the best hourly rate . I did the math and it actually ended up costing me the same as renting a truck and paying my friends to help me. These guys are professionals and worth every penny spent. Highly recommendread more
